cavimill
CaviMill is a new system that prepares fresh liquid porridge for high milk-yielding cows and their calves, boosting health and milk yield. The system prepares nutritious porridges by adding water to the suitable feed ingredients (for example – 70% maize, 28% whole soya beans, and 2% vitamin mineral pre-mix). By feeding this porridge, the health and milk yield of cows will improve due to better digestibility and the absence of pathogenic substances.
CaviMill is capable of performing multiple functions (by using bubble formation and collapse regimes) – wet grinding of soaked feed ingredients, heating the liquid feed to 60°C, homogenization, sterilization, and destruction of bacteria, viruses, pathogens, and all the anti-nutritional elements. During the cavitation process, proteins will open up for higher amino acid availability, starch will convert into amylase, and fibers will convert into saccharides, resulting in higher digestibility. The daily requirement of feed can be reduced, the milk yield can be increased by up to 20%, and cow mortality can be reduced to the lowest levels.
Why CaviMill?

Enhancing Dairy Nutrition
CaviMill is a mechanical system that grinds, heats, homogenizes, and sterilizes liquids and solids to create semi-solid pastes, purees, and porridge. Some of the advantages are as follows:
- Relatively low prices of equipment.
- Increases cow’s milk yield by up to 20%.
- Destroys all bacteria, viruses, and pathogens, and sterilizes the liquid feed.
- Improves the cow’s health by avoiding infections and diseases – reduces cow mortality.
- Reduces the overall cost of making the feed, as dairy farmers can use locally available feed ingredients, with least – cost nutritional feed formula.
