Caviblend
CaviBlend is an innovative system designed to efficiently blend fuel (diesel or furnace oil) with water while simultaneously performing several critical functions. It grinds the liquids to a fine drop size of 5-10 microns, homogenizes immiscible liquids by breaking down long molecular chains and integrating water clusters without the need for emulsifiers, surfactants, or additives, and heats and sterilizes the emulsified liquids up to 90°C with precise automatic temperature control.
