What is Cavitation?

Cavitation is like what happens when you boil water and see bubbles forming, but instead of heat, it’s caused by changes in pressure. When the pressure in a liquid drops too low, tiny bubbles form. Then, when the pressure goes back up, these bubbles collapse suddenly, releasing a burst of energy.

Example: In the case of a fuel-water emulsifier like CaviBlend, cavitation is used to mix fuel and water. Normally, fuel and water don’t mix well, but cavitation creates tiny bubbles in the liquid. When these bubbles collapse, they generate intense energy that breaks down the fuel and water into very fine droplets. This makes the two liquids blend smoothly, creating a stable emulsion.

The result? You get a more efficient fuel mixture that burns cleaner, reduces emissions, and can save up to 20% on fuel costs. By using cavitation in this way, we can improve the performance of engines while also being more environmentally friendly.
